Effective date: July 23, 2026
Pure Gin Rummy is an offline gin rummy card game you play against one bot, with no ads and no accounts. This policy explains, in plain language, how the app treats your data: your content never leaves your device, and the only thing the app reports is anonymous usage statistics.
Pure Gin Rummy keeps all of your content on your device and never uploads it anywhere. To understand which features are used and to improve the app, Pure Gin Rummy collects anonymous usage statistics (for example, which screens are opened and whether a purchase completes) using Amplitude. These events contain a random identifier that is not linked to your name, email, or any account — the app has no accounts. No advertising identifiers, no tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and no sale or sharing of data for advertising. See Amplitude's Privacy Policy.
All your content stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. For receipt validation the app uses RevenueCat, which receives only an anonymous receipt token — no name, email, or any other personal information. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Pure Gin Rummy collects no personal data from anyone, including children; anonymous usage statistics cannot identify any user.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
