Yes. Cartly does not collect or transmit any personal data. All your content stays on your device or in your personal iCloud account. iCloud sync is provided by Apple and protected by your Apple ID; we have no access to it. See the full Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or visit Apple's guide.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
