Yes. Snack Empire keeps all of your content on your device; the only thing it reports is anonymous usage statistics, never your content. All your content stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. See the full Privacy Policy.
Snack Empire is free to play, and ads are how it pays for itself. Every ad is optional: one plays only when you tap a button that offers a reward, such as doubling your offline earnings. Nothing interrupts you between screens and no ad starts on its own. Buying Premium removes ads permanently.
Snack Empire sells one-time purchases, not subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel. If you reinstall the game or switch devices, open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases to get Premium back on the same Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
